the public areas were presented well I noted their cleanliness I appreciated the readily available towels at the reasonable sized pool it had a large number of sunbeds the club lounge on level 24 was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the gym and spa located on level 3 they reminded me of an oasis from the city it was a great escape after work I took advantage of the spacious room equipped with great amenities it.
the check-in process took an extended amount of time. i waited longer than expected to complete the process I found this slightly inconvenient after a long journey.

the hotel includes a gym I found it well-equipped it has an infinity pool overlooking the city the breakfast space felt lovely there was a plentiful and tasty selection of food available each morning. The location provides easy access to shopping malls and nearby park areas.

The location is great. I found klcc shopping mall next door very convenient. i particularly appreciated the attentive staff in the club lounge. They were always ready to assist. the views from the lounge, particularly the twin towers, were nice. I enjoyed breakfast there.
the pillows in my room were too soft for my liking, which caused some neck stiffness. i believe firmer options should be available.

The room i had needed some attention. A faulty bed lamp could not be switched off, it affected my sleep. i also noticed some noises from the toilet piping system. the shower pipe inside the bathtub was rusted. This was quite disappointing for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

The staff ensured a pleasant stay. The bellboy and doorman offered warm greetings. I appreciated the sincere service. The front office staff was helpful and accommodated my needs. I would love to come back and stay here again.
The air conditioning system did not function optimally. It was either excessively cold or provided inadequate cooling. This affected my overall comfort. I found the breakfast options to be of only average quality.
